1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MarketVideo website at https://marketvideo.app and the related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by MarketVideo ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MarketVideo provides online tools that use artificial intelligence to create videos and images from photos, text and ready-made templates. Results are generated by AI models, including models provided by third parties.
We may change, add or remove features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of material changes.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to create an account.
You must provide accurate information, including a valid email address, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Stars, subscriptions and payments
Generations are paid for with stars — prepaid credits used inside the Service. The price of each generation in stars is shown before you start it. Stars can be purchased as one-time packs or received as part of a subscription. Prices are listed in US dollars on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Stars have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged for money, except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, text and other materials you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and transform Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to upload Your Content, and that every person who can be identified in it has given consent to its use, including for AI processing.
6. Generated content
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the videos and images you create with the Service for personal and commercial purposes.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to results created for other users. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for making sure your use does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content that: is illegal; sexualizes minors in any way; is sexually explicit or depicts nudity of a real person without that person's consent; is designed to deceive, defraud, defame or impersonate a real person; harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred; or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
You must not attempt to bypass our moderation, security or usage limits, resell access to the Service without our permission, or interfere with the Service.
We may review, block or remove content and suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Service as intended.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.
